Space & Soul Immersive Yoga Studio wanted to create an Instagram reel that captured the essence of their unique, nature-centered yoga experience. With their first studio opening soon in Vancouver, they aimed to showcase how their classes offer an immersive journey of mindfulness and connection with nature, even within an urban setting.

We decided to film in a serene forest location to mirror the immersive environment that Space & Soul promises in their studio. The video featured individuals practicing yoga amidst the natural surroundings, highlighting the sense of calm, focus, and connection to nature that Space & Soul embodies. Every shot was crafted to evoke tranquility while visually connecting viewers to the holistic experience of practicing yoga in harmony with nature.
